Below is the information from last year. We will update this page with next year's retreat when the location is set. Next years retreat will be held the 9th to 16th of July, 2010. That date has already been settled, so please write it down to your calendar :).

The Ashtanga Yoga School of Tallinn is very happy to invite all of you to our first ever Ashtanga Yoga Retreat with Lino Miele, the 10th to 17th of July.
The retreat is held in a beautiful peninsula of Paatsalu (about 1,5h drive away from Tallinn), which is famous of it's positive energy and beautiful nature. This retreat is led by our teacher Lino Miele, who will gently but firmly guide us deeper into the beautiful practice of Ashtanga Yoga. Our days starts with the morning practice, followed with a healthy organic breakfast, prepared by our own eco-chef Kaarina. In addition to the morning practice, Lino will also teach us pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation. If you are looking to get deeper into your practice, or just thinking of starting, this is the perfect retreat for you.
We are offering you:

- Yoga playground (technique practice) in the afternoon
- Meditation in the evening

There is a bus that you can take from Tallinn to a small city near paatsalu. We will find more info and the schedules, and then we will post them up here.
Program:
There will probably be some minor adjustments to the program, for instance some boat trips to the near by islands, movie evenings etc.
