Tere
2019 aastal seadsin suuna Indiasse Rihikeshi, kus alustasin oma joogaõpetaja avastusretke World Peace Yoga koolis.
Andsin Vinyasa jooga tunde Hispaanias, Fuerteventural (Kanaarisaartel ) ja Madridis, ning õppisin Astanga Joogat Ashtanga Yoga Madrid Joogakoolis.
Hetkel jätkan enda Ashtanga jooga praktikat Terje Hakman-Salokorpi käe all, ning mul on hea meel ka sinuga õpitut jagada.

"There are magical places where everything seems to fit together and each of us has his own. They can be religious temples, large forests, gardens or simple proximity to the sea. They are places that invite us to observe our own history, our thoughts, emotions, beliefs and mental models, with the aim of being able to accept, include and transform whatever you want in your life. They help us reflect on our own natural duty in the world … What would it be like to learn to live being what one really is …? “Know who you are and do what you love."
